Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Funny Orca (funnyorca.com, “we”) is responsible for your information. You can play every game without an account. We show no ads and never sell or share your information for advertising. We use Google Analytics to see which games people enjoy.

What we collect

How we use it, and why

What others can see: the leaderboard, invite cards and challenges show your name, profile picture and score. You can change your name in My account.

Cookies and browser storage

What the site needs to work:

Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) remember a random ID for up to two years, so we can count visits and see which games are played. They are never used for ads. With analytics enabled, we also remember the last day you played in this browser to measure return play. Test devices can be marked locally so their activity is excluded from player reports. In Europe we set them only if you choose OK; elsewhere they are on unless you say no. Change your choice at any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of the home page; saying no removes them.

Who else handles it

We share nothing else, except when the law requires it. If you live in the EU or UK, your information is transferred to the United States under the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account until you delete it in My account, which removes your profile, coins, items and saved progress. If we suspend an account, we keep only what stops it signing in again. We keep game analytics only as long as we need them to improve the games, and emails only as long as we need to answer them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete or move it, or object to how we use it. We answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Funny Orca is a general-audience site and is not meant for children under 13. You must be at least 13, or older where your country requires it, to sign in. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If a child has signed in, tell us and we will delete the account.

Changes and contact

We post any change here with a new date.
