Funny Orca (funnyorca.com, “we”) runs this site. By playing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Playing

The games are free, with or without an account. Funny Orca is not meant for children under 13. To sign in with Google you must be at least 13, or older where your country requires it.

Coins, points and items

Coins, points, spins and everything in the shop are for fun and exist only on Funny Orca. They cannot be bought with money, have no money value, and cannot be sold, traded, cashed out or transferred. We may change how they work, correct mistakes, and remove any gained by bugs or cheating. A guest's points live only in that browser.

Invites and challenges

Invite rewards are for real friends who join. Rewards gained with fake or extra accounts may be removed. Anything you share shows your name, profile picture and score to whoever opens it.

Fair play

No cheating, bots or scripts, no exploiting bugs, no tampering with the games or the site, no offensive names, and no extra accounts to gain coins. If you break these terms we may remove coins or suspend your account, and a suspended account loses its coins and items. You can delete your account at any time in My account.

Our games

The games, art, names and logos belong to Funny Orca or its licensors. You may play them here for personal use; you may not copy or host them elsewhere. If you think something here infringes your rights, email us and we will look at it promptly.

No guarantees

We add, change and remove games, and the site may be unavailable at times. Funny Orca is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for lost coins, items or progress. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes, law and contact

We post any change here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Funny Orca is based. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there.
